We want you to be happy with your purchase from PMA shop. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed through our online store.
Right to Cancel (EU/Irish Distance Selling)
If you are a consumer ordering from Ireland or the EU, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, in line with applicable distance selling and consumer rights legislation. To cancel, contact us at peter@petermorrisonarenas.com within this period. Goods should be returned unused, in their original packaging where possible, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or was delivered in error. This right applies to machinery and freight-arranged orders as well — see Machinery & High-Value Equipment below for how this works in practice for those items.
Equefibre bales and geotextile membrane rolls cannot be returned under this change-of-mind cancellation right once opened. This does not affect your rights if the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — see Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items below.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at peter@petermorrisonarenas.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.
Machinery & High-Value Equipment
Machinery and equipment sold through our store is paid in full at the time of order — we do not take deposits. Delivery is individually arranged freight, and orders may involve a follow-up consultation before dispatch. The standard 14-day right to cancel described above applies to these orders too — it is not excluded for machinery or freight-arranged deliveries. If you cancel, you will be responsible for arranging and paying the cost of return freight, and the item should be returned unused and in its original condition where possible. Consultation & Advisory Services
Where a consultation or advisory fee has been charged for time already provided, this fee is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
