This Shipping Policy explains how PMA shop delivers orders placed through our online store.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some items, particularly machinery and equipment, may require additional preparation or freight arrangement time — we'll be in touch to confirm.

Delivery Options & Costs

Delivery costs and methods vary by product, reflecting the different ways our range is delivered:

  • Delivery included: Some products include delivery in the listed price, at no extra cost.
  • Standard delivery items: Our geotextile membrane rolls are delivered within Ireland for a flat rate shown at checkout. Orders of 5 or more rolls (combined, across both grades) qualify for free delivery within Ireland.
  • Flat-rate machinery delivery: Selected Platz-Max harrow/leveller models, in sizes of 1.80m or less, ship Ireland-wide for a flat rate shown at checkout.
  • Quoted delivery: Larger machinery and equipment, larger sizes of the above models, and orders shipping outside Ireland, show as "Delivery – we'll be in touch with quoted delivery cost" at checkout. This means delivery is arranged individually based on your location and the item ordered — we will contact you after you place your order to confirm the delivery cost and timeframe before proceeding.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom, and mainland Europe, as well as the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Libya, and Algeria. If your delivery address falls outside these regions, please contact us at peter@petermorrisonarenas.com before placing an order to check whether delivery can be arranged.

Freight & Large Items

Given the size and weight of some of our machinery, freight is arranged individually and may involve a specialist carrier. Delivery dates for these items are estimates only and may be affected by carrier availability, customs processing for international orders, or site access requirements. We will work with you directly to arrange a suitable delivery.

Platz-Max harrow/leveller products are made to order, with an estimated delivery of around 3 weeks; the PRO 2100 Harrow has an estimated delivery of around 1 week. These are estimates only and may vary.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside Ireland, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by your local authorities. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are your responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
