Some products, particularly machinery and equipment, are supplied following a consultation and/or a quote for delivery. Where delivery is shown as "quoted" at checkout, this means the delivery cost is not yet confirmed and will be arranged with you directly after you place your order, before dispatch.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us for a resolution in line with our Refund Policy.

Orders & Consultations

Some purchases, particularly enquiries about arena surfaces and machinery, begin with a consultation to confirm your requirements before an order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time, including where a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or product information, or we suspect fraud.
